📜 Tiko — Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms
   Using Tiko means you agree to these Terms. Stop using it if you disagree.
2. Guild-Specific Behavior
   Data, progress, and settings are isolated per server. Your actions and items in one server won’t affect others.
3. Bot Usage Rules
   No spam, abuse, or misuse of commands. You must also follow Discord’s own rules.
4. User Responsibility
   You’re responsible for how you use the bot, including interactions with others.
5. Data Collection (Brief)
   Tiko only collects essential data (User and guild IDs, game stats, activity). It doesn’t collect personal info or message content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Data Usage Summary
   Data is used only to support in-bot features like drop, level, progress, and server settings.
7. Feature Availability
   Commands and features may change or be removed at any time.
8. Server Admin Control
   Admins are responsible for configuring channels and roles correctly.
9. No Uptime Guarantee
   The bot may go offline at any given moment for updates, maintenance, or outages.
10. Ban & Restriction Rights
    Users or servers may be restricted or blacklisted at the developer’s discretion.
11. Content Responsibility
    Users are responsible for what they generate using Tiko.
12. Third-Party Services
    Some features may rely on external services; we don’t control their reliability.
13. Violation Reporting
    Report misuse or abuse via our support server or contact form.
14. Changes to Terms
    These terms may be updated. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
